DESCRIPTION:The Hodson relay is a cross country style relay\; each team req
 uires 4 runners 2 males and 2 females (with no runner to complete more tha
 n one leg).  Each runner is to compete a 3km run. \n\nOnce the Hodson Re
 lay has commenced a mass participation cross country will take place. Eac
 h participant will receive 1 point on completion of the 3km track. These p
 oints from the mass participation is then tallied to a final score which i
 s then added to the relay points to determine a final score. \n\nStudents
  can only compete in either the Hodson Relay or the mass participation\, n
